Explore Honami City
Stranger Things in Honami is a combat–exploration event set in the overgrown streets of Honami City. As you roam and investigate anomalies, you’ll uncover scattered items to collect and exchange for profit later on.
There are 4 areas to explore, each with their own main goal and side objectives. To access the next area, you must complete the main goal; the side objectives are not mandatory, but provide extra loot if completed.

Various Points of Interest will appear during your exploration of Honami, including beneficial ones like Chests, Namipon Capsule Machines, and Missing Namipon that you can interact with for loot and rewards.
There are also lots of dangers, however, such as Lament Residue Zones and Anomaly enemies. These are special challenges that pose a higher difficulty, but provide more rewards when completed.
Points of Interest Have Random Spawns
Several Points of Interest in Honami City have randomized spawn rates, and may or may not be present whenever you load into the city's map. This means that every visit has a chance to be different from the previous one.
Monitor Your Stability and Extract to the Cafe
You will run into enemies while exploring, which will put a strain on your Stability. If this hits zero, you will terminate the current exploration and lose all the items you've collected while exploring.
To avoid this, extract back to Shashou Cafe via the Namipon Telephone Booths to bring your loot back.
Upgrade Namipon Badge to Boost Stability
You can upgrade the Namipon Badge in the Warehouse to increase the maximum amount of Stability you have in explorations. Doing so will cost Rice Dango, increasing per level of the Namipon Badge upgraded.
Work Together With Namipon
At the Shashou Cafe, you can pair up characters with various Namipons who can use special abilities in combat. There are a total of 9 companion Namipon, unlocked by finding them during exploration.
Each Namipon has unique skills that benefit characters in various ways, such as dealing burst damage, granting healing and buffs, or inflicting debuffs on enemies.
Equip Stickers for Buffs
Defeating enemies, breaking destructible objects, and opening chests may yield Namipon Stickers, which you can equip to characters to strengthen them. Stickers provide stats and unique skills that augment your team.
These stickers come in sets, and can activate unique bonuses for Namipons if you meet certain conditions. These Set Bonuses further empower your Namipon in combat, improving its skills.

Once you're satisfied with your exploring, return to the Shashou Cafe to sell the loot items from your Warehouse. Selling these loot items grants you Rice Dangos, which you can use to upgrade cafe decor or purchase upgrades and items.
Unlock Buffs Through Cafe Decor
Purchasing and upgrading cafe decor isn't just for show, as these will actually provide buffs to your team while they explore the Chronorift Metropolis.
These include increased stats for your Resonators, more backpack space to let you bring back more items, as well as new facilities that can further aid your exploration of Honami.

Defeat Powerful Enemies to Earn Collectibles
Unusual Tacet Discords are powerful enemies that you can defeat for special Collectibles. Each one contains a clue about the strange anomalies in Honami City, and provide Astrite when unlocked for the first time.
These Collectibles also have a chance to drop from Namipon Capsule Machines in the city, though at a lower rate than from these boss enemies.

Challenge the Neon Tower
By clearing all 4 areas of Honami City, players earn the ability to challenge the Neon Tower. This is a Boss Rush challenge with 5 back-to-back enemies, and is tied to event objectives. Ensure that you are geared with the best Namipon and Stickers before taking this on!

I somehow managed to do it. I did extract 1M+ after fighting an anomaly, had Danger Level on VI and was also pretty AFK, as I had the Danger levels extended by like ~7 times. I am not sure all of this information is relevant for you to complete the mission, but yeah, I just wanted to report back that it should be doable.
