Due to the Aero DMG Bonus from the Interference for this tower, your two DPS should ideally be an Aero character even though the stage has Aero Predators who have Aero Resistance.
All enemies here can be crowd-controlled through grouping. So, we recommend bringing a character that can group up enemies like Jiyan, Jianxin, or Yangyang.

We recommend bringing at least one DPS who has AoE abilities such as Jiyan, Yinlin, and Rover (Spectro) to damage multiple enemies at once. Even though most enemies have Fusion Resistance, we still recommend bringing Mortefi if your Main DPS is Jiyan.
With Mortefi, Jiyan's Heavy ATK will be buffed, allowing you to clear the stage much faster. Similar to floor 1, if your DPS is strong enough to clear the stage without a support, then do not bring one for floor 2.
The Young Roseshroom on floor 2 cannot be crowd-controlled through grouping. When fighting the other enemies, make sure that they are close to the Young Roseshrooms so that your AoE abilities will hit all the enemies on-field.

We recommend bringing buffers to the party since you will fight two large enemies on Floor 2. If your Main DPS is Encore, we still recommend bringing Sanhua as the Sub DPS even though the weaker enemies have Glacio Resistance.
With Sanhua, Encore's Basic ATK will be buffed, allowing her to defeat the Elite Class enemies much faster.
Prioritize taking down the Rocksteady Guardian and Chasm Guardian first since they deal the most damage and are also more tanky compared to the other enemies on the field. The Predator enemies can easily be defeated through AoE attacks or crowd control.

For Floor 4, your Main DPS should ideally be an Aero character to fully take advantage of the Tower's Interference. Similar to floor 3, bring a buffer to make your Main DPS stronger and defeat the Thundering Mepis much faster.
We highly recommend using at least level 70 characters for floor 4 since the Thundering Mephis might be too tanky to be defeated on time if your team is severely under-leveled.
During the first half of floor 4, focus on defeating the Exile Technician since they are tougher compared to the normal Exile enemies.
To deplete the Thundering Mephis' Vibration Strength much faster, try parrying all of its attacks with a Weakness Halo.
This allows you to easily land your abilities without worrying about the Thundering Mephis dealing fatal damage to your characters since it will be immobilized.
Other than parrying the Thundering Mephis' attacks, also use your team's Intro Skills whenever possible as they remove a chunk of Thundering Mephis' Vibration Strength.
