There are no official announcements on Phrolova's status as a playable character in Wuthering Waves, although players may remain optimistic about a possible release.
All Current and Next Banners (Gacha)
Phrolova's earliest appearance was toward the end of First Resonance as she and another figure were being watched over by Sanhua while they stalked the Rover. It is only until after Scar gets bested by the Rover during Ominous Star that she steps in and reveals herself as another potential adversary.
Phrolova's familial relation to Scar is still up for discussion as no official statements have been made, although she can always be seen by his side and seems to keep a professional yet utterly familiar relationship with him.
Similar to Scar, Phrolova is another Overseer within the Fractsidus. She shares the organization's ideal to accelerate the next Lament, and prefers to see this goal into fruition straightforwardly unlike her partner's knack for flashy destruction.
Phrolova keeps a stoic demeanor, never indulging in the same impulsiveness and trickery that Scar revels in. She works in the shadows and never reveals herself to her enemies unless necessary.
During the events of Grand Warstorm, Phrolova is seen using what looks like a spider lily to conduct the summoning of a Tacet Discord army and awakens the Threnodian: Dreamless.
