The Pioneer Podcast is Wuthering Waves' version of the Battle Pass, letting players receive rewards for the amount of progress they have done in a patch. Learn more about the Pioneer Podcast, including the rewards from the free and paid side of the Battle Pass!

Pioneer Podcast Rewards
New Modifier and Supply Packs
As of Update 2.3, new rewards in the form of Echo Modifiers and Premium Supply Packs have been added as Podcast rewards. Note that the latter of the two is exclusive to the Insider Channel and up.
2.3 Release Date, Banners, and Summary
Various Materials and Shell Credits
Following the format of the battle pass from other games, the Pioneer Podcast should reward the player with various items that will help them improve their account.
Those include materials to strengthen your weapons or your Resonators, as well as Shell Credits, and various items that could be used for crafting and/or cooking.
Banner Currency on Occassion
On occassion, the Battle Pass will reward players with certain Banner currencies, which can be used to pull on one of the Convene Banners.

Premium Versions
Players do have the option to buy the premium version of the Pioneer Podcast called the Insider Channel, which unlocks more rewards per level, which includes several exclusive rewards like Astrite and Premium Supply Packs.
There is also the Connoisseur Channel, which is a more premium version of the Insider Channel, as it automatically clears 10 levels of the Pioneer Podcast while providing additional rewards on purchase.

Purchasing the more premium Connoisseur Channel gives you all the rewards you can get from the Insider Channel plus another set of rewards.
These rewards include the season's Limited Edition Sigil, 3 Lustrous Tides for the Tidal Chorus and Winter Brume Standard Banners, 10 instant levels for the battle pass, 10 Modifiers, and a Golden Ginkgo.
The Golden Ginkgo is a Tuning material for the Golden Eternal Weapons that you can get from the Insider Channel lv30 reward.
Should You Buy the Insider Channels?
Only If You Think It Is Worth
The Premium version of the Pioneer Podcast, called Insider Channel, features a Battle Pass exclusive 4-star weapon selector, among other better rewards upon reaching certain levels of the Premium Battle Pass.
Rewards Can Still Be Obtained Even If You Buy Later
You can still receive the rewards for the previous levels even if you purchase the paid version later. If youre still undecided, you can consider buying it after playing more of the game.
Recommended for Active Players
The level of the Pioneer Podcast increases by completing its daily quests so it's easier for active players to unlock all the rewards. There are also weekly and seasonal quests that takes longer to complete but gives higher EXP.
You might want to reconsider buying the premium pass if you don't play every day as each battle pass only lasts about 40 days and you might miss the rewards on higher levels when the battle pass ends.
Levels Can Be Purchased
If the battle pass is about to end or you simply wanted to get the rewards early, purchasing levels is also possible with the use of Astrites. You can do this by clicking the button to the right of the Pioneer Podcast EXP bar.
Premium Battle Passes Do Not Automatically Refresh
Just a reminder that the Premium Battle Pass does not renew when the next version drops by. Players will have to buy it again in order to get the next Premium Battle Pass when the current cycle ends.

Choose For Who Does Not Have Better Weapons
Before you choose your free 4-star weapon, consider your current roster of Resonators, and see who could use an upgrade in terms of their weapon.
What is the Pioneer Podcast?
Wuthering Waves' Battle Pass
This is Wuthering Waves' version of the battle pass that usually lasts for the duration of a Version patch. This provides the player special rewards as they level up the battle pass by doing special requirements that refresh depending on the kind of task.
For reference, this is closely similar to the Nameless Honor in Honkai Star Rail, and the Battle Pass in Genshin Impact.
The Pioneer Podcast is unlocked at Union Level 9.
