Dreamy Scents automatically unlocks after completing the previous main quest, A New Companion.

Head to City Hall

Wuthering Waves - Head to City Hall

Follow the yellow marker and take the elevator leading to the City Hall in Jinzhou. Enter the large door to head inside the City Hall.

Head to the Meeting Room

Wuthering Waves - Head to the Meeting Room

Follow the yellow marker to reach the meeting room of the city hall.

Talk to Sanhua

Wuthering Waves - Talk to Sanhua

Once you reach the yellow marker, the quest objective will change to "Talk to Sanhua". Approach the yellow marker near Sanhua to activate a cutscene.

Leave City Hall

Wuthering Waves - Leave City Hall

After watching the cutscene, follow the yellow marker and exit the City Hall to complete the quest.
