Restart the Radar is a Side Quest in Wuthering Waves. See how to unlock Restart the Radar, its walkthrough, and all the rewards of this quest here!
Restart the Radar will automatically be indicated on your map once you are within the region of Desorock Highland, within proximity of Rearguard Base. You could fast-travel to this area by using the Huanglong-Desorock Highland-Rearguard Base Resonance Beacon.
Talk to the guard by the radar in Rearguard Base, and help him look for the missing Engineer. There will be four TDs at the Engineer's location that you will have to defeat before talking to him.
The entrance to the first Surveillance Station can be found through a hole on the roof. Use your Plunge Attack by jumping and pressing your Basic Attack button to break through the roof. Afterwards, open the door for He Chou and Qiuwang.
Fixing this supply station requires you to place the Induction Cell within the Cell Socket. After doing this, a cutscene will play indicating that you have fixed one out of three Surveillance Stations.
Induction Cells and Transducers Puzzle Guide
He Chou notes that the Induction Cell for the Surveillance Station might be stolen by some Exiles. Follow the quest marker to the nearest Exile Camp and defeat them in order to search for the Induction Cell.
The Induction Cell is located in a disposal bin right next to the staircase. Bring it back to the Surveillance Tower and place it back into the Cell Socket. Afterwards, another cutscene will play indicating its completion.
Do note that you cannot climb walls while levitating an object. If you are having trouble transporting the Induction Cell, simply throw it over the ledge and pick it back up again.
Use the Levitator function to throw the crystal from a nearby Tacetite Fulminate at the Fissured Ledge barring the entrance into the Surveillance Station.
The Induction Cell needed to fix this station is located in front of the Cell Socket, so simply put it in place and a cutscene will trigger signifying the completion of all Surveillance Stations.
Levitator Puzzle Guide | How to Use Levitator
After fixing the third surveillance station, a Rocksteady Guardian along with two Predator TDs will appear. Defeat them all and head over to the radar and restart it with He Chou and Qiuwang.
Afterwards, a cutscene will play, signifying the completion of the quest.
