Restore health for free by swimming in the Sagaci Springs at Mt. Firmament in Wuthering Waves (WuWa)! See this guide to know what the Sagaci Springs do and where to find its location!
List of Contents

The Sagaci Springs are certain pools of water near Hongzhen that Resonators can enter to restore HP, and will continuously heal so long as they remain there.

The value of the heal per second will be based off a certain percent of a Resonator's Max HP. This is why the heal time between Resonators with different max HP values will get to full HP at roughly the same length of time.

The various pools of water near Hongzhen are the only locations in Mt. Firmament where the Sagaci Springs are located. Which ones are the Sagaci Springs compared to normal pools of water seem to vary between players' accounts.
Mt. Firmament Map and Exploration Guide

While in the Sagaci Springs, look out for a small green icon that will pop up above the Resonator's Forte Gauge while they are in the hot springs.
This icon symbolizes the healing buff is in effect, and will not go away until the player decides to leave the water.

A visual aid in finding out which pool of water is a Sagaci Hot Spring is a layer of steam that is just above the water's surface. That is usually a good indicator that that specific pool is a hot spring.
