Radiant Tides can be exchanged at the Item Shop using Afterglow Corals, Oscillate Corals, and Astrites.

Note: Oscillate Corals can only be exchanged for Radiant Tides six times per month.

Premium Battle Pass (Pioneer Podcast)

Wuthering Waves - Paid Battle Pass

The paid track of the Battle Pass or Pioneer Podcast gives a total of 9 Radiant Tides. Radiant Tides are given every 10 levels, plus four more for exchanging the 680 Astrites given at level 1.

Wuthering Waves - Union Level Reward

Starting at Union Level 70, you can get Radiant Tides from Supply Packs at the Item Shop.

Union Level is increased by doing Quests and Puzzles during exploration.

Convert Lunites to Astrites

Wuthering Waves - Convert Lunites to Astrites

Lunites purchased directly or accrued over time from the Lunite Subscription can be converted to Astrites and then exchanged for Radiant Tides.

Compensation Rewards

Radiant Tides may be given to players as compensation for various bugs via the mail function in game. These are not a reliable source for Radiant Tides though so you're better off doing the steps mentioned above!
