Dreamscape Odyssey act as the event's subquests where players assume the role of a dreamscape's assigned character, and overcome challenges within them.
Rift Runner Guide
Rift Runner is comprised of 6 timed running challenges that players can repeatedly attempt to achieve their best time. Each challenge unlocks once its corresponding Dreamscape Odyssey is completed.
Nightmare Revists Guide
Nightmare Revists unlock after completing all 6 Dream Scape Odysseys and contain a total of 6 stages that unlock daily. Each stage will have its unique challenges that allow you to bring support characters who aid in overcoming them!
How to Play Somnium Labyrinth
Complete the Three Sub-Events
Somnium Labyrinth is an Adventure Event where players rescue their Resonator companions from their Dreamscapes. The event will have three sub-events, namely: Dreamscape Odyssey, Rift Runner, and Nightmare Revisits. Additionally, players will be able to use the Dream Link feature in this event.
Rescue your Companions from the six Dreamscapes
It seems you're going to need to rescue multiple companions from 6 dreamscapes in this event. It could be related to how you can unlock the characters you will use in this event to trigger Dream Link with!
Enter the Illusive Sync State
You must build up Sync Energy during combat to enter Illusive Sync State. There are multiple ways to this:
- Deal damage
- Dodge successfully
- Land successful attacks
You can check if your Sync Energy is full through the eye icon on the upper-left corner of your screen.
Trigger Dream Link
Use Dream Link to deal bigger damage against the enemies. You can only trigger Dream Link if you use everyone's Resonance Liberations all at once during the Illusive Sync state.
Complete the Nightmare Revisits Challenge
Select a Main and a Support Resonator to help you clear the Nightmare Revisits Challenge. Be sure to use Dream Links to clear the challenge faster.
Defeat Enemies in the Illusive Sprint State
Enemies will spawn in the world and players can only defeat them by being in the Illusive Sprint State.
You can go to the Illusive Sprint state by getting the white cat's blessing and holding Dash afterwards. In this state, you can now attack and dash towards enemies to defeat them.
How to Unlock Somnium Labyrinth
Progress Through When the Night Knocks Main Quest
Apart from Reaching Union Level 17, you must progress the Main Quest When the Night Knocks which will be available in your quest log upon logging in on November 14, 2024 onwards.

Permanent Event After Version 1.4
Even after the departure of Wuthering Waves Version 1.4, Somnium Labyrinth will still be available to progress. However, only its Permanent Rewards will be available to claim.
