How to Unlock Investigate the Theft of Camp Supplies

Explore North of Jinzhou City

Investigate the Theft of Camp Supplies will appear on your map after you explore North of Jinzhou City, just outside the city gates, near Qichi Village within the Central Plains. The quest marker will be present within an unnamed camp outside of Jinzhou City.

Speak With Beigu

Speak with Beigu and he will tell you about a delivery going missing, which he will ask for your help in finding. Follow the quest marker to the officer on top of the watchtower and talk to him, then report back to Beigu and he will give you three suspects within their ranks.

Search for Clues

First Clue
Second Clue
Third Clue

Search for clues around the camp to identify the thief. The first clue can be found on the desk in front of Beigu, noted by a golden beacon. The second and third clues can be found within proximity if each other, with the second clue located beside the camp's staircase, and the third clue is a crate located a little farther beside the staircase.

If you are having trouble locating any of the clues, use the Sensor function in order to make the search easier.

How to Use the Sensor

Figure out What Happened With Beigu

The Thief is Wuheng

Speak with Beigu again once you are ready to determine who the perpetrator is. The person that potentially stole the camp supplies is Wuheng. If you get the answer wrong the first time, you can still return to the Supply Request Form to review the three suspects again.

Retrieve the Supplies

After confronting Wuheng, lower the water from the reservoir by using the control panel and retrieve the supplies. The quest will conclude after reporting back to Beigu and handing the missing supplies over to him.
