You can craft weapons through crafting tables found in major cities in Wuthering Waves. Here is a guide on how to craft weapons, as well as where to find the crafting area in Solaris-3!

How to Craft New Rinascita Craftable Weapons

Get the Recipe from Quests and Averardo Bank

Poetry and Paean weapon series is composed of five weapons spanning across all weapon types in Wuthering Waves. They are all craftable but you need to look and get their recipes first before you can unlock them:

Meditation on Mercy Location
Go to the Treasure Spot west of Averardo Bank and under a broken bridge in Nimbus Sanctum. Reach the ground level of the ruins and defeat the enemies guarding a chest. The recipe is inside that locked chest.
Wuthering Waves - Fables of Wisdom Fables of Wisdom
(Sword)		 Available as a reward for finishing the Hymn of the Sea Clouds: Storm side quest.
Wuthering Waves - Romance in Farewell Romance in Farewell
(Pistol)		 Purchase the crafting recipe from Averardo Bank for 400 Monnaies after obtaining 4,000 Monnaies in total.
Wuthering Waves - Legend of Drunken Hero Legend of Drunken Hero
(Gauntlets)		 Purchase the crafting recipe from Averardo Bank for 400 Monnaies after obtaining 4,000 Monnaies in total.
Wuthering Waves - Waltz in Masquerade Waltz in Masquerade
(Rectifier)		 Available as a reward for finishing the Quest of Faith side quest.
Wuthering Waves - Call of the Abyss Call of the Abyss
(Rectifier)		 Finish the entire Shadow of the Towers questline composed of Twilight Rise, Resounding Rise, and Command Rise.

Wuthering Waves - Overflowing Palette - Stillwind Sundries Shop Unlocks After Quest

A selector for all Poetry and Paean weapons is also sold in Stillwind Sundries in Elga Town southeast of Ragunna. To unlock this shop, solve one Overflowing Palette puzzle and follow the quest that unlocks.

When the Resonator dashes or dodges, increases ATK by 8%. Increases Dodge Counter DMG by 50%, lasting for 8s. When Dodge Counter is performed, heals the Resonator by 5% of their Max HP. This effect can be triggered 1 time(s) every 6s.

When the Resonator takes no damage, increases ATK by 6% every 5s, stacking up to 2 time(s). This effect lasts for 8s. When the Resonator takes damage, loses 1 stacks and heals them by 5% of Max HP.

Have Materials Ready

Wuthering Waves - Crafting Needs Materials

When crafting materials, there is a preview on the right that shows how much Shell Credits and how many materials are needed in order to craft a specific item.

You can craft as many weapons as you would like, so long as you have enough materials needed to keep crafting!

Some Materials are from Weekly Bosses

Wuthering Waves - Crafting Material from Weekly Bosses

For the 4-star weapons craftable in the workshop, one of their materials called Standard Weapon Mold are locked behind the Weekly Bosses as a reward drop.

Just keep in mind that you only have 3 clear attemps per week for the Weekly bosses, so you cannot rampantly farm there for those

As of Version 2.0, there are now two places that the Rover can craft weapons - one in Jinzhou and one in Ragunna. Players can craft all weapons on both NPCs regardless if it came from Jinzhou or Rinascita.

Buy Weapon Ascension Materials From Both NPCs

Wuthering Waves - Buying Weapon Materials from Uncle Wei

Not only can you buy the 2-star and 1-star weapons from Uncle Wei and Nyarla, they also sell certain Materials used to ascend your weapons to a stronger level cap!

The only different between the two NPCs are the items they sell. Uncle Wei sells Huanglong enemy drops like Whisperin Cores while Nyarla sells Rinascita enemy drops like Polygon Cores.

Also, do keep in mind that there seems to be no refresh timer for the materials sold for weapons. Once they are out of stock, they seem to remain out of stock afterwards.
