Increased Drop Rate for Boss Echoes

The Data Bank features a Base Drop Rate and Enhanced Drop Rate. The Enhanced Drop Rate gives you 15 chances a week to get a higher chance of obtaining Cost 4 Echoes from Overlord and Calamity class bosses. Once the chances are used up, these Echoes will return to the Base Drop Rate until the reset.

Resets Every Monday

The Enhanced Drop Rate resets every Monday at 4 AM of your server time. It restores all 15 chances for the week, so try to use it on Overlord or Calamity enemies that you want to grind for.

How to Level Data Bank

Absorb Echoes of Different Rarities

To increase the Data Bank Level, you'll need to earn Data Bank EXP. Data Bank EXP is gained for the first time you absorb an Echo. You can get more EXP by absorbing higher-rarity versions of the same Echo.

If you catch a Rarity 3 or better Echo that hasn't been registered to the Data Bank yet, you'll get the EXP of the lower rarity as well. You can check your progress from the Echo Gallery to see the highest rarity you've obtained for each Echo.

Raise SOL3 Phase Level

To unlock Data Bank Level 8, you need to reach SOL3 Phase 3 first. This requires a Union Level of 20 and completion of the ascension quest. You'll still gain Data Bank EXP as normal and automatically level up after the Phase Ascension.

Increased Echo Drop Rate

Leveling up the Data Bank makes getting Echoes slightly easier as the drop rate also increases both the Base Drop Rate and Enhanced Drop Rate at higher levels.

Guaranteed 5-star Echo Drops at Level 21

As of Version 1.1, the Data Bank Level Cap has been increased to Level 21. Reaching that Level now guarantees that every Echo you collect will be its 5-star version.

Increased Stamina

The Data Bank is the only source of Force Release Components which increase your maximum stamina by 10 each. Make sure to catch unique and rare Echoes to raise your level quickly.

Higher Rarity Echoes

To get rarer Echoes, you'll need to level up your Data Bank. 4-star Echoes become available at Level 8 while 5-star Echoes need Level 15. Since you need to absorb rarer Echoes to level the Data Bank, raising your level as soon as possible is encouraged.

Higher Cost Limit

Your Cost limit is determined by the Data Bank Level. For most of the early game, you'll be limited to a total of 10 Cost. To get to 12 Cost limit, you must reach Level 9, which will allow you to equip stronger Echoes.
