PS5 Version Releases on January 2, 2025
In an announcement video released last November 22, 2024, Kuro Games has confirmed that Wuthering Waves for PS5 is releasing on January 2, 2025 together with Version 2.0 and the new region, Rinascita.

Cross-Progression Available
It is also confirmed that cross-progression is available on release, so your progress on Mobile and PC will carry over to the PS5 version!
Cross-Progression Details for PS5
The server for Wuthering Waves upon logging in will be based on your PlayStation Network's current region it is registered to.
Take note that the PSN account's region and your account server must match to be able to carry over progress properly. If it does not, the wrong server will retain its progress, but you will have to start from the beginning in the new server designated by your PSN.

How to Link Wuthering Waves on PS5
According to the FAQ from the official website, there are two recommended ways to link Wuthering Waves to your PS5: simply by logging in with your existing Kuro Games account, or creating a Kuro Games account from scratch.
Log In With Kuro Games Account
When entering Wuthering Waves for the first time on the PS5, select "Already have an account? Log in" when prompted.
Simply follow the instructions that come afterward, make sure to add a password via User Center, and have your PSN's region be the same as the region you'll be playing in!
Create New Kuro Games Account
When entering Wuthering Waves for the first time on the PS5, select "Create a Kuro Games account". Make sure to link your email and an in-game password afterwards, and use the same region your account is based on to the PSN account!
How to Unlink Wuthering Waves from PS5
Request in Feedback
To unlink a Kuro Games account from PSN, you'll have to request it by going to the "Settings", then going to "Feedback". Make sure to link an email, or set a password at "User Center" to avoid losing the Kuro Games account before.
Game Progress Will Be Safe
When unlinking from PSN, game progress in Wuthering Waves will be safe and can be used in other platforms. You will just lose the ability to share data to the PS5.

No official statement has been made about the game's version on the Xbox and Switch, although players may anticipate an announcement about such ports from the developers in the future.

Anonymous about 1 yearps4 doesn't matter. Get a ps5 it's been years for you to upgrade. You'll be lucky for anything to be on ps4 these days lol ps5 release is set for late 2024 - early 2025
