How to Unlock Flowing Starlight in the Iris
Complete Stagnant Dawn on Wastelands
Flowing Starlight in the Iris is automatically unlocked as soon as players finish the previous Main Quest, Chapter 2 Act 12: Stagnant Dawn on Wastelands.

Wait for Chisa at Tethys Hub
The quest mission does say to wait for Chisa until her condition gets better, but to progress the mission you have to head to a certain part of the Tethys Hub in the Black Shores.
Optional: Learn About Chisa's Condition
Right after the previous Quest, players can head straight towards Valentina who is just nearby to learn more about Chisa's current state.
Ask the Tethys Terminal
Head towards the Haven of Sprouts to find the Tethys Terminal named KU-Shosho. Talk to them to learn about where Chisa went and how was she after her treatment.
Head to Honami City
Learning that Chisa went back to the Honami City Sonoro Sphere, head straight to Honami City.
Take a Stroll with Chisa
After finding Chisa upon entering, she invites Rover to take a stroll around the city now that the looping problem from the previous Main Quest has been solved.
Get Off the Swing
After stopping by a vending machine to have a snack, Rover and Chisa end up on a swing set. Players can stay on the swing for as long as they want; to progress, simply move forward to get off the swing.
Restore the Frozen Fountain
Rover and Chisa stroll down the streets again, and encounter a frozen fountain that is crystallized, much like the Light Irideglow Crystal. Let Rover approach it to remove the crystallization.
Take a Picture with Chisa
After a short cutscene, Rover and Chisa will take a picture together. Just a simple photo will suffice.
Talk to Chisa After if You're Ready to Head Back
After a lengthy cutscene, players have three options on what to do next: ask Chisa about more details about herself, stay in the area to take in the scenery more, or go back to the cafe together.
Help Decorate the Cafe
Once back in the cafe, it is time to prepare for the “Opening Party” for Shashou Cafe. Rover must place about three decorations, including a standee featuring Chisa herself!
Talk to Everyone
Once everyone arrives for the party, simply talk to everyone. Interact with Buling, Abby and Namipon, Shorekeeper and eventually Camellya to continue progress through the quest.
Start the Party
Once Rover has talked to everyone, go back to Chisa near the entrance to officially start the party!
Find Chisa
The party lasts all night, and Rover ends up sleeping in the Cafe. They look for Chisa, which can be found outside the cafe near the al fresco area. After a couple of cutscenes, this quest is complete!
Lahai-Roi and Startorch Academy Teased
During the cutscenes to mark the end of the quest, the game officially reveals a tease of what Startorch Academy looks like, which is found deep underground the snowy terrain of Lahai-Roi.
This is marks the game officially teasing Lahai-Roi as the next region Rover will head to, alongside Chisa who has her own reasons of returning to her old school!

The second Main Quest, Flowing Starlight in the Iris, was released together with the Main Quest Chaper 2 Act 12 on November 20, 2025.
This Quest acts as an aftestory of the previous Main Act, the final segue before Version 3.0 and an introduction for the expected new region, Lahai-Roi.

Segue of Chapter Two Act Twelve
Flowing Starlight in the Iris is a Segue Main Quest that takes place after Chapter 2 Act 12: Stagnant Dawn on Wastelands.
This Quest takes place after the events of the previous Main Quest, after Chisa decides to visit the Sonoro after stopping the main problem and the time loop. It also drops a number of hints pertaining to the next upcoming region, Lahai-Roi.
