The Wave Swing is found in the beach located in the Outdoor Lounge of the Forever Fest Mansion. From the bar, head your way down the stairway and walk towards the Wave Swing.
How to Use Wave Swing
Sit Down and View the Sea
The Wave Swing is an interactable object in the Forever Fest and is part of the Roamer's Ticks collection of Where Stars Cascade Down. Press sit down and use the swing to observe the scenery!
