When you're near Fangspire Chasm Station, Mayo will contact you about details near the location. Once you reach the designated location near the Fangspire Chasm Resonance Nexus, you will automatically contact Mayo to wait.

Eventually, the “Midnight Train” appears. The Expedition Motorcycle is automatically enabled for this; chase after it down the highway until you eventually cross through a portal.
