How to Get Plushie - Mega Evolution Trophy
Defeat Cuddle Wuddle Torn 20 Times
Earn the Plushie - Mega Evolution Trophy by defeating 20 Cuddle Wuddle Torn enemies. These Echoes can generally be found in the Border Mountains or Titanbone Expanse areas of Septimont.
While they look similar to a regular Cuddle Wuddle, Torn variants are much dirtier and have worn fabric, hence their namesake.

Begin your hunt in Border Mountains, as this is where a total of 12 Cuddle Wuddle Torns can be found. Teleport to the southeastern Resonance Beacon in Border Mountains and work your way north.
Afterwards, teleport once more to the next Resonance Beacon within Capitoline Foothills, east from where you began.
Titanbone Expanse Cuddle Wuddle Torn Locations

You may proceed to Titanbone Expanse next, where you'll find 6 Cuddle Wuddle Torns total. Their locations are spread far apart, so be sure to make use of your Flight Utility and the fast-travel points within the area.
Wait For Cuddle Wuddle Torns to Respawn the Next Day
The achievement will be granted upon defeating your 20th Cuddle Wuddle Torn. However, if you haven’t encountered them before following the routes above, you’ll need to wait for the next daily server reset for previously defeated enemies to respawn and progress the objective.
