Dashbon is located west of Jinzhou City, within proximity of the Relic Merchant. Talk to him, and he will ask you to train with him for an overdashing competition.
It would help to use the Sensor function in order to have a clear indication of the path you can follow, marked by a golden trail.
As the challenge does not have a time limit, feel free to use your Sensor to relocate your path if you ever feel lost.
Grapple Points will be scattered across Jinzhou City and will be the main focus of your traversal on the track. Use your Grappling Hook plus a combination of wall scaling to complete it, and be granted a Standard Supply Chest.
To complete this challenge, you have to make sure to avoid walking on pavement, grass, stairs, and ponds, or else you will be taken back to the beginning of the track.
During the course of this track, you may encounter black cubes with golden cores. These are called Road Signs and will restore a certain amount of Stamina when ran through.
Collecting these do not affect the completion of the track, so do not worry if you miss any.
Follow the quest marker to Jinzhou's North Gate and interact with the Tactical Hologram: Overdash on top of one of the gate pillars in order to start the quest.
Note that you have to avoid walking on pavement, grass, stairs, and ponds during this track. Otherwise, you will be pulled back to the start of the track.
Similar to the first track, you can make use of the Sensor function in order to figure out the best path to take for this track, which will be marked for you via a golden trail.
Note that you can activate this at any time if you ever feel lost, as the challenge does not have a time limit.
Grapple Points will be available to you during the course, so swing through them and scale walls and jump on rooftops in order to complete this track. Afterwards, you will be rewarded with another Standarad Supply Chest.
Run through the Road Signs in order to restore some Stamina, but do note that running through them is optional and will not affect the completion of the track.
Follow the quest marker to Jinzhou's South Gate and interact with the Tactical Hologram: Overdash on top of one of the gate pillars in order to start the quest.
Note that you have to avoid walking on pavement, grass, stairs, and ponds during this track. Otherwise, you will be pulled back to the start of the track.
Like all previous tracks, you may use the Sensor function to indicate the best route for you to take in order to complete the track.
Note that you can activate this at any time if you ever feel lost, as the challenge does not have a time limit.
Traverse through rooftops with Grapple Points and scale walls to reach the end of the track.
Running through Road Signs is optional and will not impact the completion of the track, but do collect them if you are in need of a Stamina boost.
Talk with Dashbon once more after completing all three of the other standard tracks. and he will tell you that you are ready for a more difficult challenge.
As the Enhanced Track does not have Grapple Points present, you will have to make use of roofs and wall scaling in order to complete it.
Jump onto the nearest rooftop (rooftop a) and jump from roof to roof by air dashing or wall climbing until you reach the farthest rooftop (rooftop d).
Be careful not to step on the greeneries as this will count as a violation of the rule, and reset your track progress.
Once you have reached the farthest rooftop, use the Jump Module nearest to it in order to propel yourself upward onto the next roof.
From this point, fly down to the rooftop (rooftop e) adjacent to it, then climb on top of the roof (rooftop f) next to it.
Once you have reached the final rooftop, hop on the Jump Module and propel yourself to the end of the track, located at the tip of a pagoda.
After completing the Enhanced Track, a cutscene will play where Dashbon will reward you an Advanced Supply Chest for finishing the course.
