How to Get Kitten First Trophy
Complete the Daily Quest Versions of Save the World? Save the Cat!
Completing the side quest version of Save the World? Save the Cat! does not unlock the Kitten First Trophy as it is just the first part of the questline.
To unlock the Kitten First Trophy, you will have to complete all Save the World? Save the Cat! Daily Quests that unlock after completing the Side Quest with the same name. Do look out for them as they appear randomly within the pool of other Daily Quests.

Explore Near Taoyuan Vale
The quest marker for Save the World? Save the Cat! unlocks after coming in close proximity with the vicinity of Taoyuan Vale. Travel to the Resonance Beacons in Huanglong-Central Plains in order to reach this destination fast.

Talk to Xiaoju
Xiaoju is located at the foot of Taoyuan Vale. Talk to her in order to initiate the quest and she will tell you about her missing cat Lulu.
Find the Missing Cat
Follow the quest marker and retrieve the cat from atop the big tree overlooking Taoyuan Vale. Pick the tabby up and give it back to Xiaoju in order to complete the quest.
