Dawn of Snowstorm automatically unlocks after completing the previous main quest, The Commander of Time.

Leave Loong's Crest

Wuthering Waves - Leave Loong

Follow the yellow marker leading to an area where you can ski to the finish line. Note that this is an optional objective that you can skip by fast traveling to Hongzhen.

Use the Grappling Hook to launch yourself to the air to start skiing down the mountain. You can pass through the blue rings to move faster.

Once you reach the finish line, follow the yellow marker to find a Leap Device that throws you directly to Hongzhen. Reach the yellow marker to finish the main quest.
