How to Unlock Where Wisdom Lights the Way
Speak to the Lingering Royan Girl
You can start the quest by speaking to the Royan Girl located at the western part of Fangspire Chasm just north of Ribcage Bends.
Where Wisdom Lights the Way Walkthrough
Go to the First Petrogylph in Startorch Academy
Speak to the Royan Girl and she'll ask you to light the Petroglyph south of the Collapsed Arcbend Ravine in the Startorch Academy area.
Defeat the Zip Zaps to Light the Petroglyph
Approach the electric current powering the Petroglyph and defeat the Zip Zaps to light it up.
Project a Zip Zap Echo to Power the Electric Current
Approach the next electric current which needs a Zip Zap to power it up. Equip a Zip Zap Echo and project it near the current to completely power up the first petroglyph.
If you don't have a Zip Zap echo yet, there are a couple of Zip Zaps just south of this electric current that you can defeat and absorb their echo.
Go to the Second Petroglyph South of Spacetrek Observatory
Make your way to the second Petroglyph located just south of the Spacetrek Observatory in the Startorch Academy area.
Once there, approach one of the broken power lines and use a Zip Zap echo to power it up.
Defeat the Outcasts to Power Up the Line
Approach the second power line slightly east of the first one and your character will notice that the line has been damaged. You'll also hear a bunch of outcasts talking about how they damaged the power line.
Make your way up the hill and defeat the outcasts so you can safely power up the second line with another Zip Zap echo.
Go to the Third Petroglyph in Mawburrow Desert
Make your way to the third Petroglyph in Mawburrow Desert. The Petroglyph itself is at the top of a small mountain near the edge of the desert.
Complete The Lost Melody to Progress
Approach the petroglyph and your character will notice that some flying fish statues are obstructing the power lines.
You'll need to complete The Lost Melody side quest to remove these statues so you can power up the last petroglyph.
Once you complete the quest, Dari will automatically message you and mention that the Petroglyph has lit up and ask you to meet her back at the original Petroglyph in Fangspire Chasm.
Speak to Dari at Fangspire Chasm
Make your way back to Dari at the western part of Fangspire Chasm and wait until 20:00 to watch the petroglyph light up, which also completes the quest.
