Complete the Foundation Phase of the Spacetrek Observatory
You must complete the Foundation Phase of the Spacetrek Observatory in Operation: Frontier Renewal by getting 600 Points and fixing the road networks around Lahai-Roi.

Read WavesLine Message From Lahai-Roi Route Network Office
You will receive a message from Lahai-Roi Route Network Office in WavesLine after the Foundation phase is completed, interact with it to receive Route Network Crisis Part I.

Complete the Platform Phase of the Spacetrek Observatory
You must complete the Platform Phase of the Spacetrek Observatory in Operation: Frontier Renewal by getting 1200 Points and fixing the road networks around Lahai-Roi.
Set Time to 2 Days Later With the In-Game Clock
Set the In-Game clock 2 Days Later to skip the 2-Day waiting time that will follow before you can get the quest.
Read WavesLine Message From Lahai-Roi Route Network Office Again
You will receive another message from Lahai-Roi Route Network Office in WavesLine after the Platform phase is completed, interact with it to receive Route Network Crisis Part II.
Finish Route Network Crisis Part I
To get the quest, make sure to finish Part I as you cannot continue without finishing the first part of this questline.
Route Network Crisis Walkthrough
Route Network Crisis I Walkthrough
Go to Orbit Valley Pass-North as Indicated by the Objective
Proceed to Orbit Valley Pass in Giant's Gaze as indicated by your objective marker. Use the nearby Resonance Beacon and your Expedition Motorbike to the west to get there faster.
Defeat the Outcasts Damaging the Vehicles
Take down the Royan Outcasts damaging the vehicles nearby, there are multiple enemies in here so using Area-of-Effect attacks will take them down faster.
Talk to Macknay
Talk to Macknay, one of the vehicle tenders to conclude the first part of the quest. The story for this mission continues, however, once you clear the Platform Phase of the Spacetrek Observatory.
Route Network Crisis II Walkthrough
Go to the Lightfall Tunnel as Indicated by the Objective
You will now head to the Spacetrek-Bjartr Bridge (Lightfall Tunnel) next after receiving the second part of the quest. Go there and follow the objective marker just like in the first quest.
Defeat the Outcasts Damaging the Vehicles Again
You will then have to defeat another group of outcasts damaging vehicles in the highway. Use the same strategy with Area-of-Effect attacks to take them down swiftly.
Talk to Macknay Again
You will then to talk to Macknay again, noting the coincidence of him being attacked twice by Outlanders. This will conclude the quest and the entire storyline.
