How to Unlock From the Snow White
Complete Chapter 3, Act 3 Main Quest
You can unlock From the Snow White by completing The Star That Voyages Far quest, the third act of the main quest's third chapter. The quest immediately gets logged in you quest journal right after completing the prerequisite quest!

From the Snow White Walkthrough
Talk to Ero
After triggering the quest, talk to Ero who's standing by a Roya tent, beffudled with all the kinds of items laying all around him. Being a student at Startorch Academy, help Ero identify some of those items to help him organize them better.
Head to the Next Tent
Once done, head to the next tent with Ero, where you'll spot the next unidentified item, which turns out to be a data recorder from a pre-Lament satellite. Since these items are considered high-value that need to be regulated by the Spacetrek Collective, do your investigation to know the source of the recorders.
Use Sensor to Search for Clues
To help you on your search, use Sensor to search for clues, and follow the trail that appears after. These are pretty straightforward trails that makes it easier for you to head to the place pointed by the suspicious traces. At the end of the trail, talk to the Flufftail Fox, Fluffball to conclude the quest!
