Head to Odette at Spacetrek Observatory

Head to Spacetrek Observatory

Teleport to the Resonance Nexus on the Spacetrek Observatory located at Giant's Gaze and talk to the blond girl, named Odette. She should be next to a few vehicles.
All Lahai-Roi Resonance Nexus Locations

Go to Dhalifa

Go to Dhalifa

Give the pizza to the pink-haired girl, Dhalifa, who is talking to a robot. Both are further inside the Spacetrek Observatory.
