Cursed Gladiator Clue Locations
Bottom of Ashpodel Barrens
Finding all four of the Gladiator clues will remove the Cursed Gladiator's buffs. This is why it's best to find the clues first before fighting him. The first clue is located in the Wastelands, specifically the area at the bottom of Asphodel Barren and that's near the cursed river.
In the Middle of Murmurstown
You can't access the second clue if you haven't finished 2.6's main quest, By Sun's Burning Hand Guide . Finishing the quest should unlock the second clue which is located in the middle of Murmurstown.
You will have to offer 1 Luminous Calendula to the NPC to get the clue, so be sure to have a piece before going here.
In the Barren Cliffs Outside Murmurstown
The third clue is located at the outskirts of Murmurstown, specifically in the wide barren cliffs. Proceed with caution as there'll be three Pilgrim's Shell you have to fight once you're near the fourth clue.
Above Dream of Cindertide: Animus
The last gladiator clue is located northeast of the Dream of Cindertide: Animus. You have to fly up to the huge rock formation and head to a group of bodies turned into stone. You will have to fight a bunch of Tacet Discords emerging from the rocks around the Gladiator to interact with them.

How to Beat the Cursed Gladiator
Head to Maroonwood
The Cursed Gladiator will be roaming around the east of Maroonwood's Resonance Beacon. It is just south of Echo Challenge: Flight III, and is near around some towering trees. You must interact with it to start the fight, as it will keep ignoring you even if you go near.
Before fighting the Cursed Gladiator, be sure to collect all the clues first.

Collect All Four Clues to Remove the Buffs
The gladiator will have four buffs that makes him powerful and essentially immortal. It's best to collect all the four clues first before fighting the gladiator to remove all of these buffs. During the fight, you have to wait a few minutes before the buffs disappear. You can start dealing huge amounts of damage once the dialogue finishes as the buffs will be gone at the same time.
How to Unlock Immortal Severance
Finish By Sun's Burning Hand
It's best to finish By Sun's Burning Hand main quest first before locating all the Cursed Gladiator Clues or even fighting the Cursed Gladiator himself. This is because you won't be able to access to second clue if you haven't finish the main quest first!

You can encounter this hidden side quest by exploring Sanguis Plateaus. This quest will be triggered once you encounter the Cursed Gladiator in Maroonwood or one of its clues in this sub-region of Septimont.

Completing this hidden Side Quest rewards you with two premium chests that gives 40 Astrites, one Lustrous Tide, Union Experiences, and level up materials.
Unlocks the Immortal Severance & Legends Never Fade Trophies
Defeating the Cursed Gladiator rewards you with the Immortal Severance Trophy. The trophy is obtained after reading the letter left behind by the Cursed Gladiator after fading.
In addition, you can also obtain the Legends Never Fade achievement after offering a flower to the Gladiator in the middle of Murmurstown.
