Hazard Zone is the last zone that can be accessed after clearing all the stages in the Experiment Zone. The Hazard Zone has three towers that have their enemies and Interference updated on a regular basis.
This zone is the only zone that refreshes every 28 days with the rest being permanent.

| Stable Zone Tower | ||
|---|---|---|
Stable Zone is the first zone you will encounter in the Tower of Adversity. This zone only has one tower that consists of four stages.

You can get the 4-star character Yuanwu for free during the Rumbling Hollows event by clearing all the levels in Stable Zone.

| All Experimental Zone Towers |
|---|
Experimental Zone is the second zone you will encounter after clearing all the stages in the Stable Zone. This zone has two towers that consist of four stages each.
| All Overdrive Zone Towers | ||
|---|---|---|
Overdrive Zone is a new zone added in Version 1.3 and will be permanently available to challenge for all Resonators. This tower has no timer and will not refresh unlike the Hazard Zone.
The zone has three towers with two stages each, featuring extremely strong Level 100 enemies.

The Tower of Adversity game mode can be unlocked after reaching Union Level 15 and while playing through the Alone in the Abyss quest.

When you use a Resonator to clear a stage, their Vigor gets consumed. Harder stages will require more Vigor to be consumed.
If a Resonator has an insufficient amount of Vigor, they cannot be used in other stages for that particular zone. This will require players to think about which Resonator can be used to clear the early stages and who to save for the latter stages.

Your Resonator's Vigor count will be different in every zone and can only be used in that zone in particular. For example, if you used a Resonator in the Stable Zone, their Vigor count will only be affected in the Stable Zone and will not carry over to the other Zones.

Your goal in the Tower of Adversity is to defeat all opponents with a certain amount of time left on the clock. Be sure to quickly dispatch them to get full stars!
