Express Delivery is a trophy in Wuthering Waves that can be achieved by delivering Chloe's elixir to those rebuilding Old District. Learn how to unlock this achievement and where the quest is located here!

 Morning Star |
Complete the Afterstory quest Stranger in a Strange Land and the side quest Morning Star IV through its quest chain in order to unlock Septimont's Old District renovation. The NPCs tied to this achievement will not appear otherwise.
Speak to Chloe in the Old District
Teleport to the Resonance Beacon at the center of the Old District in Septimont, then walk southeast into the small square where a celebration is taking place. Speak to a woman named Chloe next to a flower bed of violets and help her distribute the Fisalia family's tonics.
Deliver the Tonic to Dorian
Return to the Old District's central Resonance Beacon and walk east from its position. Talk to a woman named Dorian at the bottom of the staircase and hand over the tonic to her. After a small discussion, you'll be rewarded the Express Delivery trophy!
