| Whimpering Wastes Explained |
|---|
|
|

There are three areas in Whimpering Wastes, and each of them has multiple stages you must clear to unlock the next area.
You'll unlock Forbidden Waters first, with 6 Stages. Then Respawning Waters: Chasm will become available with 5 Stages, and lastly, Respawning Waters: Torrents with 1 Stage.

Each stage uses a point score and letter grade system that depends on your clear speed. The faster you beat a stage, the higher your score and grade, and the more rewards you earn at the end.
Note that some of the rewards reset monthly, so be sure to clear them out regularly to avoid missing any rewards!

Each stage of Whimpering Wastes requires 2 teams, and each team can have up to 3 Resonators. You can check enemy information beforehand, so prepare teams that work well against what you'll face.

The point score and letter grade system will judge the total tally of both of your teams' scores. Make sure that both teams are sufficiently prepared to have the best shot at a high score!

Each stage has an Environment Report, which is a buff that applies to both halves of the stage. Additionally, each half of the stage can also have its own unique modifiers, affecting both enemies and allies alike.
Take these modifiers into account when building your teams, as they will be key to reaching high scores for the best rewards.

You can also further enhance your teams by equipping Tokens, which are items that provide different buffs to your individual teams. Some tokens have infinite uses, while others have limited uses.
It's up to you to decide if you can push on with the weaker, infinite-use tokens, or if you need the power of one of the limited-use tokens to beat a stage.
