The Troupe of Fools are a group of individuals banished from the Order of the Deep. It is known that they are victims of the so-called Pilgrimage of the Order, and is now a haven for those who have nowhere to go like themselves.

The Order of the Deep is the overseeing organization situated in Ragunna. The group worships the Sentinel of Rinascita, Imperator, and it responsible for the Pilgrimage.

So far, the Rover's affiliation is still unknown. In the story so far, he is known to be the leader of Black Shores but the Rover actually go around the entire world to lead all organizations to prosperity, so their ties to any specific faction is blurry at most.
