Startorch Academy Lore
Startorch Academy is the premier educational facility governed in Lahai-Roi by the Spacetrek Collective. The academy stands as a haven for shunned Resonators especially in places that being a Resonator is frowned upon.
It is also revealed that Rover once attended the Startorch Academy together with Chisa, before the events that brought about the Honami City sonoro.

Spacetrek Collective Lore
Lahai-Roi is a new region to be introduced from Version 3.0. It is known that Lahai-Roi is mostly built and governed by the Spacetrek Collective with its affiliate, the Startorch Academy.
Nothing is known yet about the Spacetrek Collective as well as their main motivation, but that is most likely what we're gonna explore in the story of Version 3.0.

Ragunna Lore
Ragunna is the harbor city that welcomes all travelers wanting to visit Rinascita. It is mostly governed by the Order of the Deep, the Montellis, and the Fisalias, aiming to provide a safe haven for humans and echoes alike.

Montelli Family Lore
The Montelli Family is one of the two major families in Rinascita, with the Montellis pushing for a more progressive view on how humans and echoes should live together. They were in a long-time feud with the Fisalia Family, who is known to bear a more conservative view.
After the defeat of the Threnodian, the Montellis and Fisalias decided to work together to reach a common goal of providing a safe haven for both humans and echoes. In the dawn of a new era for Ragunna, the family is now being led by Carlotta Montelli.

Fisalia Family Lore
The Fisalia Family is one of the two major families in Rinascita, the other one being the Montellis. Led by its matriarch, Cantarella Fisalia, their views on echoes are known to lean on the conservative side.
After the defeat of the Threnodian, the Fisalias and the Montellis decided to work together to reach a common goal of providing a safe haven for both humans and echoes.

Troupe of Fools Lore
The Troupe of Fools are a group of individuals banished from the Order of the Deep. It is known that they are victims of the so-called Pilgrimage of the Order, and is now a haven for those who have nowhere to go like themselves.
After the defeat of the Threnodian, some members of the Troupe has since moved to Septimont while some chose to stay in Fool's Elysium.

Order of the Deep Lore
The Order of the Deep is the overseeing organization situated in Ragunna. The group worships the Sentinel of Rinascita, Imperator, and is responsible for the Pilgrimage. Its leader, the Primus, is generally considered to be the absolute leader of the order.
After the defeat of the Threnodian and the fall of the previous primus, Fenrico I, the Order of the Deep remains to have no Primus and leadership.
It is highly suggested that Phoebe, now a Priest, is being fast-tracked to be a Primus as part of the team that banished the Threnodian, but no confirmation in-game points to that yet.

Septimont Lore
Septimont is an island city-state near Ragunna, where strength is everything and power is the ultimate metric. They are known to not believe in the Sentinel and instead upholds the strength of oneself.
Septimontians are known to be governed by their Ephor, the strongest warrior in the region. The current Ephor of Septimont is Augusta.

Jinzhou Lore
Jinzhou is a city to the north of Huanglong. It serves as a stronghold in the defense against Tacet Discords.
Jinzhou is considered to be the Borderlands City of Huanglong, acting as the first line of defense against the Threnodian threat of Ovathrax in Norfall Barrens.

Mingting Lore
Considered to be the capital and political center, Mingting has the greatest authority among all the provinces of Huanglong.
Though hailed as the center of Huanglong, Mingting reeks of corruption and scandal. Murder and espionage are commonplace, and are used by the governing body to rid of its enemies.

There is little known information about Chongzou except that Youhu, a respected artifact hunter and appraiser hails from that part of Huanglong. However, if we're to base it off Youhu's specialty, Chonzou might be a province that specializes in artifacts and history.

Lollo Logistics Lore
Lollo Logistics is the premier delivery service in Huanglong. They uphold their promise of delivering parcels no matter the cost to uphold their motto: "We promise, we deliver!"
When Rinascita opened up to the world, Lollo Logistics is seen expanding in both Ragunna and Septimont. This goes to show that Lollo Logistics is not just a local delivery service, but an international one.

Black Shores Lore
The Black Shores is a mysterious organization based in an isolated island far from the civilazations of Solaris-III. They are known to have the most advanced computational system in Tethys, able to simulate all manners of scenarios when dealing with the Lament.
Its leader is our protagonist, the Rover, with the direct assistance of his companion the Shorekeeper. Together they are helped by Bloom Bearers and Consultants in the research of the Lament.
Members of the Black Shores are usually identified by wearing a black bloom flower or an armband bearing the Black Shores ensignia.

The Fractsidus Lore
The Fractsidus is depicted to be the main antagonistic organization in Wuthering Waves. Their main goal is to start or accelerate the Lament by empowering the Threnodians of each major region.
Its Overseers include Phrolova, Cristoforo, and Scar, who all posed as varying threats throughout all the Main Quests. Their leader is the shape-shifting resonator called the Grand Architect, currently bearing the form of the deathly figure Schwarzloch.

The Ghost Hounds is an international mercenary group that was formed in the New Federation's Lawless Zone. Nothing is known about the Ghost Hounds, except that Calcharo is the leader of this group.
