Sprinting only takes away a bit of stamina after pressing the dash button, but holding it while sprinting does not consume Stamina at all and regenerates quickly.
Wall Running however, consumes stamina until the player stops running or climbing a surface, and will only regenerate when standing or walking at a safe area.
During an encounter, running away from enemies also drains stamina quickly. To regenerate stamina again, stop for a moment then continue walking away and steer clear of enemies in the area to avoid getting targeted.
Wall Running is another use of Sprint! There will be areas where players need to sprint, wall run, or glide their way to unlock a Resonance Beacon, or a Resonance Nexus .
Take note that when Stamina runs out, players will drop mid-sprint, cannot access the glider, or use an ability to avoid fall damage. Players will also drown while swimming and will be brought back to a safer location afterwards.

Overdash Challenges can be found by spotting a purple dash icon and depending on the location of the challenge, it comes in different types.
These challenges are always timed and can be repeated until all rewards are collected so make sure to complete all of them to get extra resources!
