How to Get To Fight Hard Is to Honor Trophy
- Complete the Peaks of Prestige Event
- Speak to the Recovering Patient and Marcia
- Challenge and Defeat the Recovering Patient
Complete the Peaks of Prestige Event
Finish the Peaks of Prestige Permanent event first in order to unlock the Recovering Patient's challenge. To do this, you'll have to battle through all 6 Trials and defeat Furius the Firebrand at the Apex Challenge.
Peaks of Prestige Card Game Event Guide
Speak to the Recovering Patient and Marcia in Capitoline Foothills
| 1 |  Teleport to the Resonance Beacon located within the northern borders of Capitoline Foothills. Head to the building south from the beacon and speak with the Recovering Patient by the doorway. Afterwards, speak with Marcia. |

| 2 |  Advance the time to 8:00 the next day and find the patient inside the building, just behind a pillar. Talk to her once more to begin the duel! |
Challenge and Defeat the Recovering Patient
The Recovering Patient will be equipped with a Transformer III deck, with a Fallacy of No Return Card at its forefront. You may use your most optimized deck, though we also recommend using a Feilian Beringal Aero-Glacio slow start deck, paired with Cantarella, against her.
You'll be awarded the To Fight Is to Honor trophy upon successfully defeating her. The Recovering Patient will also become available to duel at the same location during any time of the day!

To Fight Hard Is to Honor is a hidden achievement that is not initially present in the Trophy list, but will appear under Journey, in the World in All Its Variety I Trophy subcategory, once completed. Be sure to get it for some extra Astrites!
