Fast travel to the Huanglong-Whining Aix's Mire-Fallen Grave Resonance Beacon located west of Fallen Grave and head straight down the path until you reach a Fractsidus Camp. You can find the data chip on top of a crate next to the metal shelter.

Head north from the Huanglong-Whining Aix's Mire-Fallen Grave Resonance Beacon located south of Plateau Ruins until you see another Fractsidus Camp to your right. You can find the data chip on top of a crate beside the metal shelter.

Is it really worth it tho? It really doesn*t give you anything special as a final reward. And the Time Effort. I don't know about that. I did it and I was quite disappointed, no chest, no asterite, no nothing!
