Fast travel to the Huanglong-Whining Aix's Mire-Fallen Grave Resonance Beacon located west of Fallen Grave and head straight down the path until you reach a Fractsidus Camp. You can find the data chip on top of a crate next to the metal shelter.

Head north from the Huanglong-Whining Aix's Mire-Fallen Grave Resonance Beacon located south of Plateau Ruins until you see another Fractsidus Camp to your right. You can find the data chip on top of a crate beside the metal shelter.

You can fast travel to the Huanglong-Whining Aix's Mire Resonance Beacon near the region's Tacet Field and head over to the abandoned base near it. Find the data chip on top of a chest beside a container covered by a white cloth.
