Moments Scattered to the Wind are shown as unique patterns in Sanguis Plateaus. You will see glowing flowers and pools of water that can be interacted with to see Lillibet's memories.

After interacting with special environment, you will get to witness Lillibet's Memories. These memories show her interactions with aspiring Septimontians who dream of fame and glory, tying to the Heroes' Prophecy in 2.6.

Moments Scattered to the Wind give Supply Chests when you witness these events. Each Moment gives 1 Standard Chest by simply interacting and witnessing Lillibet's memories.
