Shorekeeper is a versatile support unit that grants Crit buffs to any ally within her Resonance Liberation's field, while also continuously healing them. However, allied Intro Skills are needed to maximize her buffs.
Players will need to stay inside the field and use two Intro Skills in its range to fully upgrade it, but all of this is worth it as the utility and power of Shorekeeper's buffs cannot be overstated.
Also, her Crit buffs scale off Energy Regen and you need a lot of it to maximize the buffs.

Shorekeeper is one of the best Healer-Support in the game. She can provide ample healing, KO protection, Crit buffs, and damage buffs through her abilities.
This build focuses on building Shorekeeper to maximize her healing and optimize the buffs she provides. The healing she provides scales off her HP. For the Crit Rate and Crit DMG boost, they scale off her Energy Regen. This is why the priority stats are exactly those two: HP% and Energy Regen%.
Shorekeeper can provide a Crit Rate and DMG buff based on her Energy Regen for allies inside her Resonance Liberation's Stellarealm field, up to a cap. Note that the un-upgraded field does not provide the buff.

To maximize the Crit buffs from Shorekeeper's Resonance Liberation, we suggest aiming for a maximum of 250% Energy Regen.
Note that with her 2nd Inherent Skill, having a Resonator in the Stellarealm will grant Shorekeeper 10% Energy Regen, which can help lower the amount of ER needed from Echoes and her Weapon.
Her signature weapon, Stellar Symphony, will make it easier for you to reach the recommended additional ER requirement as it provides +77% Energy Regen at Level 90.
You can get the additional Energy Regen requirement by equipping echoes with an ER main stat and substats. If you do not have Stellar Symphony, it will be a bit harder to build since most of the 4-star Rectifiers will have less Energy Regen.

The Shorekeeper is an extremely versatile character who can provide team-wide buffs and off-field damage, alongside her potent healing. She can easily slot into any team that needs a support or healer, much like Verina can.

The Shorekeeper's gameplay loop involves summoning Flare Star and Dim Star Butterflies to deal damage to enemies, while also healing allies through her Resonance Skill and Resonance Liberation's created Stellarealm.
Her Resonance Liberation can be enhanced when an ally performs an Intro Skill in its range, and can provide Crit buffs to allies after being upgraded. Lastly, enhancing the field twice will allow her to detonate it with an Enhanced Intro Skill.
Shorekeeper's Basic Attacks trigger two effects when they hit an enemy. Each successful hit will generate a Collapsed Core, and grant her stacks of Empirical Data. Each Empirical Data fills one segment of the Forte Gauge.

Collapsed Cores will turn into Flare Star Butterflies after a short while, and will automatically attack and deal Spectro Damage to enemies.
Pressing and holding the Attack Button causes Shorekeeper to enter the Unbound Form, gaining 1 Deductive Data every second in this state. Releasing the Attack button turns all Deductive Data into Empirical Data, and generates a Collapsed Core.
Using Heavy Attack with a full Forte Gauge will consume it, enhancing the Heavy Attack and pulling enemies in. This also causes Collapsed Cores on the field to instantly transform into Flare Star Butterflies.
Shorekeeper's Resonance Skill instantly heals all team members, and summons 5 Dim Star Butterflies. These work similarly to the Flare Star Butterflies, automatically tracking enemies and dealing Spectro Damage to them.
The Shorekeeper's Resonance Liberation creates a large field that buffs Crit Rate and DMG and periodically heals characters inside. This field can be upgraded twice when an Intro Skill is used in the field, enhancing the provided buffs.
At base, Shorekeeper's Resonance Liberation field only heals allies. Upgrading it with one Intro Skill will grant a Crit Rate boost based on her Energy Regen, and upgrading it with two will increase ally Crit DMG as well.
Upgrading the field twice will also enhance the Shorekeeper's next Intro Skill, causing her to detonate the field when she enters battle.
Ensure that the Concerto Energy of the previous Resonator is maxed out before Shorekeeper takes the field, as the detonation is connected to her Intro Skill.

Shorekeeper is a strong support that can sustain and buff your allies in the most difficult of fights.
Aside from its healing, Shorekeeper's Outer Stellarealm from her Resonance Liberation buffs your Resonator's Crit Rate and DMG, increasing the damage of your main DPS.
Shorekeeper's first inherent skill will keep a Resonator alive after receiving a fatal blow. Take note that this will only happen once every 10 minutes, so still try and stay alive!
