Get from Inferno Rider in Sea of Flames
Rage Tacet Core is obtained from the overworld boss, Inferno Rider. Inferno Rider is located in the Sea of Flames within the Port City of Guixu area in Huanglong.

Where to Get Encore's Weekly Boss Material
Encore's main forte material, Unending Destruction, will come from the weekly boss Scar. This boss is found in Qichi Village in Huanglong after clearing the main quest Chapter 1 Act 4: Clashing Blades. He is accessible via the Chaotic Juncture: Ember weekly challenge.
