Scar is one of the many characters players can meet in Wuthering Waves, and serves as a primary antagonist to the Rover. Here are details about his character, including his importance to the story, his various voice actors and more!

Scar's English voice actor is confirmed to be Shai Matheson, who has done work as L'ubor in Final Fantasy XVI, Menolias from Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, and Lorenzini Venigni in Lies of P.
His voice actors for other languages have yet to be confirmed; this section will be updated once more details are found!
Despite being an antagonist to the Rover and a Weekly Boss, Scar will most likely be a playable character in the future.
He is one of the few enemies in Wuthering Waves that can parry the player's attacks, and has unique attack patterns like the grab attacks while in Phase 2 of his boss fight as a monster.
Scar shows up fairly early into the story, making his first appearance during Chapter 1 Act 3: Ominous Star.

Scar can be challenged up to three times a week as a World Boss, and by defeating him you get resources--including Union Level EXP, Shell Credits and various materials.
Scar is an Overseer of the Fractsidus faction: an organization hell-bent on speeding the apparent next Lament as they believe the Tacet Discords are the key for humanity to evolve further.
Since his introduction to Wuthering Waves' main story, Scar has been pursuing the Rover in the hopes of convincing them to join the Fractsidus. He also already seems to know the Rover to a certain degree.
He's gone on to even claim that once they know who they "really are", they will join him willingly as a "black lamb".
