 Sharing your Tier List |
| 1 | Name your tier list with the text box found on top of the tool. |

| 2 | Add characters with the plus (+) button found on the right side of each tier row. You can use the Tier List Maker's search function to find characters easily. |
| 3 | Drag characters to different rows or, in the character addition screen, remove characters with the (x) icon until you get your desired rankings. If you want a clean slate, just refresh the page. |
| 4 | Customize tiers with the ellipsis (...) button on the right side of each tier. You can edit tier labels and colors, or add and remove tiers here. |
| 5 | Use the "Generate Image" button to save an image of your tier list, or use the "Post in the Comments" button to publish your tier list to the comments section! |

For the free standard 5 stars and 4 stars I take into account their sequences. For limited 5 stars I take into account their s0-s3 and their signature weapon.
Tier list based on my personal opinion on the characters individual strength and value as well as their team compositions and performance in both TOA and Whiwa gamemodes.
The only correct way to assess them.
this is not about dps or how much i like the charachter this is solely based on pull value

5 stars in lowest bcs u know losing 50 how it fells so they deserve ther ei no need
You can consider Galbrena and Qiuyuan also SS but i think they both lacks of flexibility without echo character compare to phrolova
Since Lynae has been release, i think XLY, Iuno, and Calcharo are much stronger so they take 1 rank up. Obviously Lynae is SS, Buling is low A
