| 1 | Name your tier list with the text box found on top of the tool. |

| 2 | Add characters with the plus (+) button found on the right side of each tier row. You can use the Tier List Maker's search function to find characters easily. |
| 3 | Drag characters to different rows or, in the character addition screen, remove characters with the (x) icon until you get your desired rankings. If you want a clean slate, just refresh the page. |
| 4 | Customize tiers with the ellipsis (...) button on the right side of each tier. You can edit tier labels and colors, or add and remove tiers here. |

5 stars in lowest bcs u know losing 50 how it fells so they deserve ther ei no need
You can consider Galbrena and Qiuyuan also SS but i think they both lacks of flexibility without echo character compare to phrolova
Since Lynae has been release, i think XLY, Iuno, and Calcharo are much stronger so they take 1 rank up. Obviously Lynae is SS, Buling is low A

(chisa is a A-S right now ) but i am very sure she will become SS surely ones new chrachter drop who benefit from her kit .logically wuwa would never release a new charachter that is this bad as chisa who only fits in 2 teams rn . remeber my words shell easily become one of the best maybe even the best support/sub dps .
