After the events of Chapter 3 Act 1 What Burns Beneath Frostlands, check your WavesLine and look for a message from a student named Mayo. Respond to her message to properly unlock this quest.

Head to the Garden
After reading the message, head on over to the Garden in Startorch Academy to meet the one who sent this message.
The leader of the Paranormal Fan Club, Mayo, will meet you there and invite you to join them on the search for paranormal activity across the campus.
Urban Legend: The Anonymous Inviter Sub-Quests
There are a total of 5 sub-quests scattered across Lahai-Roi and Startorch Academy. The Quests will only trigger if you happen to be nearby one.
They can be done in any order, so feel free to tacke them as you see fit.
Train to Who Knows Where
This Urban Legend tackles a ghost train
that shows up at midnight, according to Mayo's reports. Apparently, no one has lived to tell the tale.
