Check WavesLine After Chapter 3 Act 1
After the events of Chapter 3 Act 1 What Burns Beneath Frostlands, check your WavesLine and look for a message from a student named Mayo. Respond to her message to properly unlock this quest.

Urban Legend: The Anonymous Inviter Walkthrough
Head to the Garden
After reading the message, head on over to the Garden in Startorch Academy to meet the one who sent this message.
The leader of the Paranormal Fan Club, Mayo, will meet you there and invite you to join them on the search for paranormal activity across the campus and Lahai-Roi.
Wait for Mayo to Contact You
After finding all 5 urban legends, you submit the evidence and wait for Mayo to contact you. Check in WavesLine to see if she has sent a message.

Pass More Than 2 Days In-Game to Continue
It is going to take a while after finishing the last Urban Legend sub-quest. To be safe, adjust the time 2 days or more forward in order to continue with the Quest.
Go to Where You First Met Mayo
After receiving the message that the Paranormal club is going to be disbanded, head on over to where you first Mayo for the first time.
Instead of her, you will be met with other members of the Paranormal Fan Club. Talk to them to complete this Side Quest series!
Urban Legend: The Anonymous Inviter Sub-Quests
There are a total of 5 sub-quests scattered across Lahai-Roi and Startorch Academy. The Quests will only trigger if you happen to be nearby one.
They can be done in any order, so feel free to tacke them as you see fit.
The Tale Teller
In the Gardens at midnight, you overhear a group of students talking about a mysterious force. The Urban Legend of the Dark Side spooks all of the students there.

This Urban Legend tackles a ghost train
that shows up at midnight, according to Mayo's reports. Apparently, no one has lived to tell the tale.
