- Talk Paolo Outside of Montelli Quarter

Talk Paolo Outside of Montelli Quarter
Teleport to Ragunna City Square's Resonance Nexus and head to Montelli Quarter. Note that this area is on the second floor of Ragunna City. Paolo should be at left-side once you are about enter the Montelli Quarter.
Pay Him 3,000 Shell Credits
After talking to Paolo, he'll convince you to buy an item for 3,000 Shell Credits. Buy it and he'll instantly disappear.
Shell Credits (Money) Farming Guide
Pass the Time for More Than 24 Hours
After Paolo disappears, it is recommended to let 24 hours pass in the game. To do this, open the main menu and select the Clock icon at the botton. Then, drag the current time until you've hit the 24 hour mark. Select confirm at the bottom-center to finalize!
Talk to Paolo Back in City Square
Once time has passed, teleport to Ragunna City Square's Resonance Nexus. Go right just before the staircase to find Paolo talking to an acolyte. Join their conversation and you'll be able to get the achievement!
