Wuthering Waves Kaleidoscope of Hongzen - How to Unlock

To unlock the Kaleidoscope of Hongzen quest, you must have first completed Act 7 of the Main Storyline, Thaw of Eons, first. Then, simply head back to Hongzen, and look for Xunjing standing right across Danhua's Souvenir Shop to start the quest!

Head to the Spring Beside Spring's Taste

After hearing Xunjing's dillemma, head to the spring beside Spring's Taste, and shoot a photo of the Ancient Tree beside the spring. Then, open your Zoom Camera and adjust its lens, until the shutter turns green!

Take a Picture of the Quest Marker

Make sure to stand atop the quest marker prompted on your screen, otherwise your Zoom Camera won't activate and let you take a picture. You can do this for all the remaining locations if your camera gadget isn't working!

Head to the Photo Spot at the Gate

Once you've gotten the first image from the spring, head to the Photo Spot at the gate, located south of Hongzen, by the edge of cliff. For this photo spot, you must take a picture of the massive rings from the cliff overlooking! Stand on the quest marker, and snap once your Zoom Camera activates.

After snapping the photo from the gate, head to the Photo Spot at the Slope, located on top of the sloped hill nearby the Resonance Beacon at Loong's Rest. To reach this location, scale the mountainside from the Beacon, and go past the golden Tidal Heritage.

Once you're on the quest marker, snap an image of the same massive rings from the second spot. However this time, Xunjing will ask you to take its image from a wider perspective. Shoot a photo of the strange loop structure at a distance, to proceed.

For the last image, Xunjing will ask you to shoot a birdseye view of Hongzen, which you can do just a couple of steps away from your current location. Walk over the quest marker by the cliff, and snap a pic of Hongzen from above to proceed!

Talk to Xunjing

After snapping all four pictures, glide down to Hongzen, and talk to Xunjing to complete the quest!
