Wuthering Waves - Rover (Spectro)Rover (Spectro) Rover (Spectro) can be obtained by playing Wuthering Waves for the first time.
Wuthering Waves - ChixiaChixia Chixia can be unlocked for free by progressing the story.
Wuthering Waves - YangyangYangyang Yangyang can be unlocked for free by progressing the story.
Wuthering Waves - BaizhiBaizhi Baizhi can be unlocked for free by pulling once on the Tidal Chorus banner, either via the forced tutorial or normally pulling once.
Note: Tidal Chorus is the default Standard Banner of the game, different from the Novice Convene and Beginner Choice Convene banners. Pulling on other banners besides Tidal Chorus does not guarantee a Baizhi on first pull.
Wuthering Waves - SanhuaSanhua With the Gifts of Thawing Frost event, You can get Sanhua for free by logging in for 5 days.
Wuthering Waves - YuanwuYuanwu With the Rumbling Hollows event, You can get Yuanwu for free by completing Tower of Adversity's Stable Zone.
Wuthering Waves - Rover (Havoc)Rover (Havoc) Rover (Havoc) can be unlocked after clearing the Main Quest called Grand Warstorm in Act VI.

Wuthering Waves - Xiangli YaoXiangli Yao Xiangli Yao is a limited character that was given away for free after getting 6,000 Popularity Points in the By Moon's Grace event in Version 1.2 that ran from August 15, 2024 to September 28, 2024.

He is then claimed in the version second half mini-event, Converging Paths.
