In order to find the Spare Parts, follow the trail of Gemberries tracked by a blue marker. Going down this path will lead you to a burrow that alerts its Excarat dwellers.
Eliminate them all and dig through their burrow in order to find the Spare Parts you need.
Excarat Echo Guide and How to Get
First, hack into the communications device by solving the decryption puzzle and connecting all matching colors.
Doing this will reveal the location of the Exile Camp you can get the power supply pack from.
Defeat all of the Exiles present at the camp, then pick through a metal crate with a glittering white indicator located by the staircase.
The last piece needed in order to repair the robot can be found as a reward by completing the Side Quest Shooting Party.
At the Exile Camp, interact with the flyer on the table. Follow the quest marker to the secondary location then sit and wait for the Exiles to arrive.
You will be given a series of shooting challenges with increasing difficulty. Completing all of them will grant you access to the Premium Supply Chest which contains the Robot Engine needed for the quest.
Do note that the last shooting trial is designed for you to fail, so do not worry if you do not complete it as the story moves forward, prompting you to fight the Exile Leader instead.
No Response Tonight does not have a map indicator, though it will eventually show up once you get close to the Huanglong-Dim Forest-Thorny Passage Resonance Beacon in the southern regions of the map near Violet Banyan.
This Side Quest is also linked to another Side Quest, Shooting Party, where both quests may be unlocked during their respective course.
