For this entire tower, it is best to use an Aero DPS as your primary DPS. The interference very much benefits a Jiyan-Mortefi team so if you have it, use them.
Since not everyone has a Jiyan team, you can opt to use other teams as well. A free-to-play team of Aalto driving the Aero DPS team could work, as he can also benefit from the Aero DMG increase. If not, just bring any team that is not Havoc as you will be using that team when taking on the other tower - the Resonant Tower.
As usual, Shorekeeper is the best support to bring for this tower, but if you don't have her or her Vigor is out a Verina or a Baizhi would work too!

The Aero DMG team continues to shine for this floor. If you don't have a Aero team, just don't use teams with a DPS that will be at a disadvantage with the RES of the enemies.
You can continue to use the team that you've used for the first floor whether it's a full-on Jiyan team, a F2P Aalto team, or a non-Havoc team. They would still work for this floor as effectively as the first.

Similar to the first two floors, an Aero DMG team continues to be the best team to use. If you don't have a Aero team, just avoid using a Havoc Team because enemies are resistant to them in this floor.

Finally, the final floor will pit you against a Scar in his second form which will have an increased Havoc RES.
As long as you don't use a team with a Havoc DPS, you should be good to go. Besides, you should not be using Havoc teams for this floor anyway as they should be reserved for the other tower.
A Jiyan team will still be the best to use for this one as he can easily dispatch Scar with anything that is thrown at him. Just remember to always avoid Scar's attacks but thankfully he is pretty easy to telegraph.
