Grappling is one of the ways that can make exploring easier in Wuthering Waves. Learn how to grapple with the Grappling Hook and its uses in this guide!
List of Contents

Grappling is one of the methods you can use for mobility. This will make exploring the world easier and a lot faster.
To grapple, look for Grappling Points floating in the air and attach to them using the indicated action button. You can then aim for the next Grapple Point or transition into gliding.

Once in a while, there are special mechanisms called Grapple Launchers that can create Grapple Points at certain points nearby its vicinity.
This allows the player to use their Grappling Hook properly and swing towards places that can be tricky to get to without one.

The Grapple function is available as part of the Utilities, allowing players to momentarily use the Grappling Hook without a nearby Grappling Point.

The Grapple function can be used at any point while in the air, whether if the player is using the Glider, or is just freefalling from a high place.
This gives the player a small window to recover while in mid-air and avoid fall damage, or simply gain a burst of movement forward for extra distance.

While travelling up vertical areas via wallrunning, the stamina might not be enough for that last bit of distance to get up and over the edge.
Players can make use of the Grapple Utility while they still have stamina left to make it past that last bit of space.

This is a more combatative way to use the Grappling Hook utility, allowing the player to do both an evasive maneuver while preparing for a mid-air attack.
