How to Get Clink, Clank, Clang!
Go to West of Capitoline Hill
Teleport to the Resonance Beacon located west of Capitoline Hill at Septimont. Don't locate the Municipal Staff yet as they may not be there.

Change Time to 20:00
When you arrive, it's recommended to change your time to 20:00 to make the Municipal Staff and his echo appear.
Talk to the Municipal Staff
Look for a blonde-haired Municipal Staff who's standing in front of a broadcast Echo in Capitoline Hill. You'll be rewarded with the Clink, Clank, Clang! achievement once you finish your conversation with them.

Assist the municipal workers in repairing the broadcast Echo by any means. Rewards:  Astrite x5 |
Clink Clank Clang is a hidden achievement that is not initially present in the Trophy list, but will appear under Journey, in the World in All Its Variety I Trophy subcategory, once completed. Be sure to get it for some extra Astrites!
