Pull for Lupa if You Have a Fusion Team
Lupa is the defacto Fusion buffer in any Fusion team. She will particularly elevate the power of any Fusion DPS when put in a team by increasing their Fusion DMG and reducing the Fusion RES of enemies. However, this makes Lupa very niche in terms of team building.
Only try to get Lupa if you're in the process of filling out a missing piece of a Fusion team. Unfortunately, she will not have as much utility in others.

Roar of Triumph is a featured convene banner so it would include the rate-up character, Lupa, all standard 5-star characters, and all 4-star characters. You cannot get other featured convene characters other than Lupa when pulling under Roar of Triumph.
