Icon | How to Use |
---|---|
Show Names This button reveals the Name of every icon currently shown. | |
Show Pins This button will toggle between showing and hiding all the pins which you have already marked as acquired. | |
Fullscreen This button will change the map display to fill the screen. | |
Search Mode Toggle This button will display a searchbar which you can use to search for an individual pin by its name. | |
Icon Mode Toggle In Search Mode, this button will toggle you back to Icon Mode, removing the search bar and displaying the icons again. | |
All Pins This button is shown along with the Icons on the right when there are over 6 types of pins. Click it for a full selection of all available pin types. | |
Counter Tracks the number of pins you have of a certain type. The pin type shown is set to the page and currently cannot be changed; however, all pin type counters can be viewed by clicking the checklist icon on the right side. | |
View All Counters This icon is found on the right side of the Counter. When a map has more than one pin type, click this icon to see Counters for all pin types. | |
Zoom In / Zoom Out This icon is found on the top left side of the map. You can press these buttons, or use your scroll wheel while hovering, to Zoom In and Out of the interactive map. |

In Version 1.3, two new maps were added that is part of the Black Shores area! The surface-level Black Shores and the underground Tethys' Deep was added into the game.

How to Increase Exploration Progress
Sonance Caskets are collectibles on the map that can be exchanged with Chenpi the Relic merchant for Astrite, Lustrous Tides, and many more items.
Sonance Casket Locations
A Blobfly is a small, harmless Tacet Discord that hovers around a specific area. These creatures tend to run away when seen by others, and give 10 Astrite when it gets hit.

Supply Chests are treasure chests that can be found all across the map and reward you with EXP, Shell Credits, and Materials.

Resonance Beacons are fast travel points on the map that you first need to travel to and activate. You can then fast travel to any beacon you have previously unlocked.

Viewpoints are marked with a holographic telescope in an area, and also unlock a Scenery upon recording them. Sharing a Scenery for the first time also rewards you with 20 Astrites, so share the image on any social media to claim them!

For Mt. Firmament, there are two special things that you can collect:
Frostbugs are special creatures that hide underground when approached, and drop 20 Astrite when eliminated. Use Pistol Characters to easily shoot its weakness located on its back.
Windchimers are collectible items found on Mt. Firmament. These are given to an NPC for various rewards. Rewards are given to the player after they collect and give a certain amount of these Windchimers.
Resonance Nexuses are tower-like fast travel points that, when activated, reveals a section of the map around you. Being in close proximity to a Resonance Nexus will also recover your party's health.
