Use the Huanglong-Port City of Guixu-Settle Range Resonance Beacon to fast travel directly in front of an unnamed abandoned research facility. Enter the building to the left and find the torn pages on the edge of a dirt plot directly in front of the entrance.

You can fast travel to the Huanglong-Port City of Guixu-Donglu Research Station Resonance Beacon and follow the road leading to the Research Station. Enter the front of the building, and find the torn page on top of a desk to the right of the entrance.
In Nostalgia Isle

Fast travel to the Huanglong-Port City of Guixu-Nostalgia Isle Resonance Beacon and head directly toward the ruins near it. You will find the torn page on a low table.
How to Unlock Tales of the Past and Present: Port City of Guixu
Find All Torn Pages in the Port City of Guixu
Unlocking this Side Quest requires you to first find all torn pages of a book scattered across different areas within the Port City of Guixu. You can collect them in no particular order, and will immediately unlock the Side Quest upon retrieval of the last page.
Tales of the Past and Present: Port City of Guixu Walkthrough
Deliver Torn Pages to the Storyteller
Return to Jinzhou City and follow the quest marker to the Storyteller. After delivering all torn pages to him, he will reconstruct it into a completed book and hand it over to you, thus completing the quest.
