How to Get 4-Star Characters
Pull on Character Convene Banners
4-star Resonators in Wuthering Waves can be pulled from any Character Convene Banners. You are guaranteed to get one every 10 pulls.
Use Premium Currency to Pull
Lustrous Tides are required to summon on the Permanent banners. For Limited banners, Radiant Tides are needed. Astrite can also be converted to Tides!

Obtain for Free from Events
Other 4-star Resonators can also be obtained for free from events. For example, you can get a free copy of Yuanwu by participating in the event called Rumbling Hollows.
