Draco Cobia, Fish No. 70 in the Index, is locked behind a World Quest. It can only be found after finding Treasure Map fragments scattered across the Riccioli Islands!

Some Locations Blocked by Rocks
Certain Legendary Fish locations are blocked by rock formations of a peculiar color. Make use of "Sweet Puffs" that you can fish or buy in the Dock Shop to blow them up and get to the fishing spot!
How to Catch Legendary Fish
Look for Golden Fishing Spots
The process of fishing Legendary Fish remains the same. The only difference is that Legendary Fish are found in static locations around the Riccioli Islands, but they can be recaught after a certain period of time!
What are Legendary Fish
Highest Value Fish
Legendary Fish are a unique type of fish that holds high value when sold. They are the rarest fish to find in the fishing minigame, are only found in certain locations, and give out 100 Fame the first time a player successfully catches a Legendary Fish.
